Release 6.0

Avaya Aura Contact Center Release 6.0 was made generally available in July 2010; Service Pack 2 was issued in November 2010. This is NOT the latest Contact Center release and is out of support. The latest release is recommended for new development.

Important The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced:
  • End of sale: June 13, 2016
  • End of support: June 13, 2017
Additional information about the end of sale and end of support dates can be found here. For all new development, Avaya recommends that developers use the latest release of Avaya Aura Contact Center.

Features in the new release

The Open Interfaces CCMA Web Services SDK was not issued with Avaya Aura Contact Center Release 6.0. However, a new version of the SDK was issued with Avaya Aura Contact Center Release 6.1

Contact Center Multimedia (CCMM) Open Interfaces

The Avaya Aura Contact Center Open Interfaces CCMM Outbound Web Services SDK was not issued for Release 6.0. However, a new version of the SDK was issued with Avaya Aura Contact Center Release 6.1

Communication Control Toolkit (CCT) Open Interfaces

ODBC drivers are available from InterSystems Cache.
