Avaya Analytics Release 4.1 using Avaya CSP

Avaya Analytics Release 4.1 using Avaya Common Services Platform (CSP) was made generally available in October 2020; Feature Pack 2 (Release 4.1.2) was issued in April 2022. This is NOT the latest release of Avaya Analytics. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced:
  • End of sale: July 29, 2022
  • End of support: July 29, 2023
Additional information about the end of sale and end of support dates for Avaya Analytics 4.1 can be found here. For all new development, Avaya recommends that developers use the latest release of Avaya Analytics.

New in Release 4.1.2

Avaya Analytics 4.1.2 introduced the following new and enhanced features:

  • Enhancements to real-time and historical reporting including Agents States by Routing Services (Real Time), Pending State and Duration, Real-Time Routing Service Performance by Group, Dimensions Included on Pump-Up, SLA Reporting on Calls Routed into the CC from IVR, SAML-based Authorization for Historical Reporting, and enhanced Call Profile report for historical reporting
  • Added pre-staging (downloading and preloading) of CSP and Analytics software images outside maintenance window

Release Information

IMPORTANT The Real-time Open Interface API using Kafka is now deprecated and new customers should use the Avaya Analytics REST & WebSocket Open Interface. The last update to the Real-time Open Interface API was release 4.1, which is compatible with Avaya Analytics release 4.1.1.
