Release 3.6

Avaya Analytics (Oceanalytics) Release 3.6 was made generally available in April 2019; Feature Pack 1 (Release 3.6.1) was issued in July 2019. Service Pack 1 (Release 3.6.1.1) was issued in August 2019. This is NOT the latest release of Avaya Analytics. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced:
  • End of sale: December 23, 2019
  • End of support: October 31, 2020
Additional information about the end of sale and end of support dates can be found here. For all new development, Avaya recommends that developers use the latest release of Avaya Analytics.

New in Release 3.6.1.1

Avaya Analytics (Oceanalytics) 3.6.1.1 introduced support for traditional Chinese localization in both Historical and Real Time reporting.

New in Release 3.6.1

Avaya Analytics (Oceanalytics) 3.6.1 introduced the following new and enhanced features:

  • New reporting for email forwards
  • Agent login / logout reporting added
  • Updated naming on Agent by Aux Code producer report for consistency with Avaya Workspaces
  • New drill down added for Contact Id on an Engagement Summary report
  • Updated Agent Segment End Timestamp and Agent Segment Customer Contact End TimeStamp to include/exclude respectively the ACW time

New in Release 3.6

Avaya Analytics (Oceanalytics) 3.6 introduced the following new and enhanced features:

  • New Consult Transfer To Service Measures enables supervisors to separately analyze statistics and report on engagements when an agent consults a service or another agent during call.
  • Supervisor defer email reporting enables a supervisor to view, retrieve, and transfer (to service) or complete a deferred interaction.
  • Filtering on routing service groups provides supervisors with visibility to only the metrics associated with a Routing Services in a Routing Service group.
  • New Abandoned Measures provides ability to view Abandoned from Queue and Abandoned from Alerting separately by Routing Service.
  • Various deployment simplifications including new automated scripts for updating the application.properties, automated component scripts that deploy install_analytics_service, retention of existing OBIEE customer users and security settings, and preservation of OSA properties during upgrade.
  • CPU Footprint Reduction for CPU and Memory reductions across all Analytics deployment types.
  • InACW Measure delivers instantaneous measure for Routing Service.

Release Information

IMPORTANT The Real-time Open Interface API using Kafka is deprecated. The last update to the Real-time Open Interface API was release 4.1.
