Release 10.1.2

Avaya Aura Communication Manager Release 10.1.2 was made generally available in February 2023 as part of Avaya Aura Platform Release 10.1.2. This is NOT the latest Communication Manager release; the latest release is recommended for new development.

New in Release 10.1.2

Communication Manager 10.1.2 includes the following new and enhanced capabilities:

  • Support to block service observe across tenants
  • Support for listen-only mode for the intercom call receiver
  • Support of Enterprise Mobility eXperience (EMX) feature, enabling configuration of up to 4 sim-ring extensions using Avaya Workplace Client 3.32 and above
  • Enhancements to Send all Calls (SAC) that enables the principal on a ringing bridge to press the SAC button, sending the call to the next coverage point without completing the total number of rings
  • Increase in split recording capacity to 8,000

Call Detail Recording

Beginning in Release 8.1.2, TLS Encryption has been added for the Communication Manager SAT interface, enabling encryption of CDR data for primary and secondary CDR devices using the TLS protocol. See Chapter 53 for detailed information about the Call Detail Recording interface:
