Find the Host ID

Follow these steps to find the Host ID needed when requesting license renewals for the Avaya IP Office platform.

1. Use a browser to access the IP Office Web Manager (https://<IP Address of IP Office>:7070/).
2. Navigate to System Settings > Licenses.
3. On the left pane, select Manage Licenses.
4. Copy the PLDS Host ID. Use this for license renewal requests.

Once you have obtained all the licenses, copy them onto the PC you are using and use a browser to log on to IP Office Web Manager (https://<IP Address of IP Office>:7070/). Navigate to System Settings > Licenses.

1. Click on Manage Licenses in the left pane.
2. In the right pane, click the PLDS License button to display the drop-down list.
3. Click Send to IP Office to mark the radio button.
4. Select OK.

A pop-up window to select the PLDS license file will display. Browse to the folder containing the license file, choose a license file, and click OK.

Verify that you get a successful message and then repeat each of the steps to install all the licenses. You must install all of the licenses at the same time.

To view the license expiration date, use a browser to log on to IP Office Web Manager (https://<IP Address of IP Office>:7070/) and navigate to System Settings > Licenses.

Click on Manage Licenses in the left pane and view the expiration date for each feature in the table to the right.
