Find the Host ID

Follow these steps to find the Host ID needed when requesting license renewals for the Avaya Aura platform.

  1. Use a browser to access the System Manager Web console (https://<IP Address of SMGR>/SMGR).
  2. Navigate to Services > Licenses.
  3. On the left pane, select Server Properties.
  4. Copy the Primary Host ID.

Install Licenses on System Manager

Once you have obtained all the licenses, copy them onto the PC you are using and from a browser, log on to System Manager Web Console (https://<IP Address of SMGR>/SMGR). Navigate to Services > Licenses.

  1. Click on Install license in the left pane.
  2. Click on Choose File. Navigate to your licenses and select one.
  3. Click on Accept the License Terms & Conditions.
  4. Click Install.

Verify that you get a successful message and then repeat steps to install all licenses.

Find License Expiration Date

To view the license expiration date, use a browser to log on to System Manager Web Console (https://<IP Address of SMGR>/SMGR) and navigate to Services > Licenses.

Click on the product in the left pane and view the expiration date in the table to the right.
