Find the Host ID
Follow these steps to find the Host ID needed when requesting license renewals for the Avaya Aura platform.
- Use a browser to access the System Manager Web console (https://<IP Address of SMGR>/SMGR).
- Navigate to Services > Licenses.
- On the left pane, select Server Properties.
- Copy the Primary Host ID.

Once you have obtained all the licenses, copy them onto the PC you are using and from a browser, log on to System Manager Web Console (https://<IP Address of SMGR>/SMGR).
Navigate to Services > Licenses.
- Click on Install license in the left pane.
- Click on Choose File. Navigate to your licenses and select one.
- Click on Accept the License Terms & Conditions.
- Click Install.

Verify that you get a successful message and then repeat steps to install all licenses.
To view the license expiration date, use a browser to log on to System Manager Web Console (https://<IP Address of SMGR>/SMGR) and navigate to Services > Licenses.
Click on the product in the left pane and view the expiration date in the table to the right.
