Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager Event SDK release 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 are missing an important

‘avaya-pim-eventAPI.jar’ library. As a workaround until the issue is resolved, members should either:

  • Use the library from the POM server files located in '/opt/Avaya/avpom/POManager/lib/common'
  • Use the avaya-pim-eventAPI.jar file from the SDK for release 3.1.1 found here.
