Avaya Experience Platform Digital Chat SDK allows client applications to access built-in chat capabilities. This is a direct client side integration, where the client application running on the user’s client devices will be directly interacting with Avaya Experience Platform Digital Chat by embedding the provided Chat SDK. The Chat SDK is a JavaScript library that provides a collection of methods, objects, and events that can be used to easily build or integrate a website chat client and enable Avaya Experience Platform Digital Chat.
