Release 8.1.3

Avaya Aura Platform Release 8.1.3 was made generally available in October 2020; Service Pack 5 (Release 8.1.3.5) was issued in June 2022. This is not the latest release of the Avaya Aura Platform. The latest release is recommended for new development.

Driving transformative, people-centric engagement, Avaya has developed the Avaya Aura Platform — a set of seamless components that mesh together to provide comprehensive unified communications and customer experience solutions that deliver a meaningful impact to your business. In this release, key areas of enhancements include:

  • Support for Geographic Redundancy in mixed deployment environment
  • Avaya Device Adapter Snap-in support for a host of legacy CS 1000 endpoints
  • Increased capacity and elimination of the separate utility server component to streamline the solution and enable lower total cost of ownership
  • Support for sharing the Avaya Aura® Media Server instance with multiple adopter applications
