Avaya Aura Platform Release 10.1 was made generally available in December 2021. Service Pack 2 (release 10.1.0.2) was issued in September 2022. This is not the latest release of the Avaya Aura Platform. The latest release is recommended for new development.

In this release, key areas of enhancements include:

• Expanded mobile experience support including iOS and Android push notifications
• DaaS (Device as a Service) offers for hardware

Release 10.1 includes the following Avaya Aura Platform components that provide interfaces supported by DevConnect:

• Application Enablement Services Release 10.1
• Communication Manager Release 10.1
• Presence Services Snap-in Release 10.1
• Session Manager Release 10.1
• System Manager Release 10.1
